Since a couple of years, Bogotá has been consolidating itself as one of the most important gastronomic destinations, not only in the country, but also in Latin America. I am passionate about the gastronomic offer you find in this city; from typical Colombian food to hamburgers that have become a real surprise for the palate. Vegetarian style in Bogota. A couple of months ago, I've been questioning my role in the world. What can I do to take care of our planet? and how healthy is what I think is healthy. I have been doing a little research on how the consumption of animal meat affects our planet and how it negatively affects our health to such an extent that red meat is on the list of carcinogenic foods according to the World Health Organization.
